Chocolate Sauce in 1 minute

When I make this chocolate sauce, it's always a hit.
But let me tell you how easy is to make this.
You will need
dark chocolate bar (100gr = 3.5oz)
2 T of butter
1 T of heavy cream (or milk)
If the ingredients where not simple enough,
here is how you make it in 1 minute.
Put the butter and cream/milk in a small pyrex dish.
Break the chocolate bar in squares, over the butter.
Melt in microwave for 1 minute, stirring the sauce every 20 seconds.
Stirring is important, so don't skip this step.
And don't forget to lick the spoon when you are done...

That's all.
It's so easy that I make it right before serving.

Delicious.
Far better than any chocolate sauce you will ever find at the grocery store.

This chocolate sauce is great on ice cream, cheesecake, for dipping pretzels and fruit.

You name it.

Refrigerate leftovers and reheat as needed.

Stay Frugal,
Daniela

Dearest Daniela,
Guess you could even substitute the butter for virgin coconut oil and use soy milk. Very healthy and looking perfect and you better lick that spoon; no waste with such favorites!
Hugs,
Mariette
