Cranberries Breakfast Cake

I like to eat cake for breakfast, or any kinds of sweets...even cookies. With my black coffee!
I know, I am a strange bird, what can I say!

This is one of my favorites.
I can make this with my eyes closed, but I do not recommend you doing that!

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
3/4 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup fresh cranberries (or any berries)
you can use frozen, but make sure you defrost before adding to cake batter

Directions
Mix the ingredients on the list, from top to bottom

put it in a 9X9 baking dish

Bake at 400 for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clear from center of cake.

Delicious and nutritious!

Stay frugal,
Daniela

Gosh, that really looks good! I can tell that it is nutritious by the ingredients you used. I bet the kitchen smelled good after baking that! I bet you could even substitute blueberries too, huh?
