Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Ok, I really LOVE bread.
You can say I am a carb addict...which is probably better than other addictions that might be out there.
Or so I like to think...
This time I made a breakfast bread.
I actually started my sandwich bread as usual. While the dough was rising I realized we were out of breakfast foods.

My husband is happy with just eating cold cereals in the morning, but not me.
I have to have some kind of bread, pastry or cake.
I told you I am a carb addict.
So after the dough fist rising, I decided to add:
 11/2cup of raisins
1tps of cinnamon
1/2cup of brown sugar
1T of maple syrup
After it was done baking, I HAD to try a couple of slices...to make sure it passed the test.
I have to say that the bread tasted just right to me.
Three loaves of Cinnamon Raisin bread should be enough for a couple few days.

Can I come to your house for breakfast? I want some homemade bread but never get around to making it. You inspire me. Maybe I could give it a try. It's been a long time. I'll check out your recipe. Thanks, Dani.
