I think we have come a long way in only 5 days.
The deck is pretty much finished.
Railing is going up first thing next week.
Stairs are almost done as well.
As far as the sunroom,
they will be starting framing/windows/roof,
also next week.
I am excited about it.
We will still have to do some finishing work ourselves after their construction part is finished, so this will definitely not be done in any hurry.
We will do most work late at night + weekends, and with the cold weather upon us, I am thinking maybe we will have it all done by the end of January.
Maybe.
Either way, this room will be well loved.
I am still looking for furniture/things to use in this room, and today we came home with the light/fan to be installed in our new space.
ps. we are also considering buliding a storage room under there, and get rid of the "barn" storage that is falling apart on our property. But this is not going to get done until warmer weather cames our way (aka Spring time).

Dani- I can't tell from the pictures. Is there a doorway onto the deck from the house or do you go around and use the steps to get up there? It is going to be a wonderful space-and if it takes a little longer to get it done- no big deal! xo Diana
