Happenings

This past couple of weeks I have been a busy (sewing) bee...
and there is a reason for that.
I am preparing for a Christmas marketplace coming up next week.

Also I have been busy with my Etsy shop to both keeping the items in stock and with custom orders.
***On my Etsy Shop, enter COUPON code SHOPHOLIDAY13 at check out and receive 10% off when buying $30 or more. (expires Dec 22nd)***

If that wasn't enough,
we have been preparing for the construction works of our sunroom and deck...
which are being delayed at least a week.
The colder temperatures and the rain have kept them from finishing their previous job.
Part of me just wants them to get it done by Christmas,
but now, with pushing it back one week,
we will be cutting really close to Christmas vacations.
In reality this is not a big deal,
I mean, compared to all the things going wrong in this world,
this is really nothing to worry about.
So we'll go with the flow and make the best of it.

Stay Frugal,
Daniela

The pop of red looks great with your neutrals! I think I'm going to invite some red back in this year for fun. I love red. :)
Happy Thanksgiving, Daniela!

Dearest Daniella,
Wow, you are very busy and Christmas will be a time to RELAX after all the input. You are so right about comparing this minor disappointment to other things that go wrong in this world...
On Saturday evening I too decided to do an Open House for Christmas, through the Chamber of Commerce's mailing. It went out today so I have to work hard as well but I'm so glad I'm able to do this again after my surgery.
Hugs to you,
Mariette

Daniela, good luck with your marketplace sale. I just took a look at your etsy store and LOVE the key napkins!! I may just have to buy those when I get back from vacation. :-)

I'm sorry the weather hasn't cooperated with your addition, yet I am impressed at how you are dealing with it. Those of us who haven't been hit by disasters are indeed fortunate.
