On my to do list I had a customized wooden large frame...and I had the perfect wood
I just had to removed two slats and cut it down to the size I needed.

I attached them on the back, and when you turn it around it looks great.
And it is.
No, I am not keeping this outside, just wanted to show you how it looks.
Definitely the beauty of using pallets is that it gives it a rustic, primitive look...of something you would find in an old barn.
Which I love.
I think it turned out perfect for what I am going to use this for.
I am going to show you what I am using this for.
My cost $0
Have you found any free pallets lately?

It came out great. My husband has access to many free pallets. I am going to start using them. Thanks for the inspiration.

Awesome job Daniela!!
I really like that! Hmmmm.....are you making a frame for a chalkboard???? You're such a tease! LOL!
Another great project.
Wow. Seriously, not a scrap goes to waste in your house. This frame looks amazing. Hard to believe you made it out of a pallet.
You're so resourceful, and no scrap is wasted. Can't wait to see what it's used for.
XOXO,
Meredith
I love the frame. I am excited to see what you are going to put in it!
