that one shot of espresso is just not enough.
This Italian dessert is such a simple, yet delicious and "fancy" dessert.
It's my husband and children's favorite
(and they don't even like coffee per se).
But this is different.
Because of the nature of my family, in my recipe I use decaf espresso coffee, but you could use a strong American coffee.
Let me say again,
use fresh eggs,
and don't cross contaminate the egg on the inside with the shell.
And yes, different breed of chickens, lay different color eggs.
Even blue eggs.
