Craigslist finds

As the sunroom construction work should hopefully be done in less than a week, (works have been nonexistent since last time I updated you) I have been keeping my eyes open for some furnishing for that room.

Most of the stuff will be pulled out from other room and "storage" (not that we have that much...but still).

A few things we were looking at, and this is what we bough yesterday.

An American Signature Love seat in great shape and super comfy. 

I had been looking at lots of different options. Either the "look" was right, but uncomfortable. Or nice to sit on, but 

way more than what I wanted to spend. 

color is tan, beige with green undertones (according to light) 

 Then I spotted this one,
from a nice area, 4 minutes from our house, $50.

Really?

This is sturdy, clean, well kept and well made (American Signatures).

No funky smell I might add. 
That helps. 

When we walked in, the house was well kept and clean. 

For $50 we took it home...and now sits temporarily in our living room.

Same day different time,

we picked up 2 super sturdy, all wood bookshelves, with 3 shelves each (not pictured).

They were asking $5 each.

Yes, both please.

One bookshelf will soon be turned into something totally different.

Can you guess what that would be?

A total of $60 well spent.
