Isn't it fun when someone just shows up with flowers?
For no particular reason?
I ended up dividing up the flowers, and using 3 vases.
The black tall vase was a $1 find, the light green was a 50c find and the glass one came with roses in the past :)
Flowers add a "happy feeling" to any room and when I got this flowers, I decided to make a few arrangements.
I made a little flower arrangement for the sink...doing dishes is a little happier now.
Then the black vase is staying on the counter,
and the green one went to our master bath.
My allergies don't love flowers as much as my heart does...
***just FYI, I noticed the flowers in the clear vase are fading faster than the ones that block the light. It seems that the water in the clear one is darker and cloudy***

Very pretty! I love adding fresh flowers to a room.
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous cut flowers! That's interesting about the flowers in the clear vase. Did you put any type of preservative in there? We used to put an aspirin at the bottom of those bud vases.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, my daughter suprised me with flowers this week, they just make your day. Boo to allergies but yay for pretty things :)

It's always a treat to have fresh flowers in your home. You did a great job on making those arrangements! They are so pretty sprinkled around the house.
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty flowers! I love spreading them around our home when I get them too. I just need to remember to change the water because I left my roses and carnations too long this week and the water went really stinky.
ReplyDeleteThe are so nice- I love fresh flowers in the house- xo Diana
