Shims' art

One of my latest project has turned into projectS.
Does that ever happen to you?
Surely I am not the only one!
Ever since RN got his TV (that we barely watch anyway...) I just feel like that's the first thing people notice when they come over...and we have plenty of people coming over.

So my idea was to create some art to hang on that wall to disguise the TV.
To compete with the TV, I needed something on a bigger scale, yet light and eye catching...and on a small budget (preferable free...aka using something I already had on hand)

So I got my stash of wood shims and started to play with it.

This is what I created for less than $2
You need cardboard (I used a shoe box lid, to add some 3D), wood shims, hot glue and stain.
Pretty self explanatory.

A sneak peak of how it looks on the wall
I am almost done with the other projects too.
I am having fun creating different wall art (on a low or $0 budget) and putting it all together!

Stay Frugal,
